We'll start processing your order right away. But first, please read below for further information, instructions and your order details.
Did you order film developing?
Assemble your film into an envelope or box that best fits everything. Write our address (PO Box 216, Longview AB, T0L 1H0) on the outside and add your name, email and return address somewhere on the inside or outside of the box. As soon as we receive your film, we can start developing and scanning your negatives. If you requested scans, you'll recieve a dropbox link for them once your film is done and we'll send out your prints to the return address.
Did you order Photo Prints?
If you have ordered prints of any kind, we will send a follow-up email (Not the order confirmation email!) to the email you provide. Depending on your order, you'll receivve a short form to fill out and a dropbox link to upload images if needed.
Did you order a Zine?
If you have ordered any Zines, you'll receive an email from us (Not the order confirmation email!) which will contain further instructions and a dropbox link for your final pdf pages. If you ordered a Custom Zine, please provide your photos to the dropbox link in our email. If you don't receive an email, please CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER. If you still haven't received one, please contact us.
